About MagnetFX and Its Regulation
MagnetFX is a trademark of PT Magnet Berjangka Indonesia, a futures brokerage firm providing online futures trading services in Indonesia.
We operate officially in Indonesia and have an office in Jakarta at the following address: Sona Topas Tower, 18th Floor, Suite 1804, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 26, Jakarta 12920.
All MagnetFX client funds are held in segregated accounts overseen by the clearing institution, Indonesia Clearing House (ICH). Consequently, we do not interfere with the client funds held in these segregated accounts.
MagnetFX operates legally as a futures broker, holding an official license from the Indonesian regulatory authority. It is registered with BAPPEBTI and is an official member of ICDX and ICH. Check full permissions
We offer popular trading products, including forex (with 26 currency pairs), commodities (gold, silver, and crude oil), and US stock indices (Dow Jones, NQ100, and S&P).
As a local broker, we maintain physical offices and operate officially under valid business licenses, complying with the regulatory frameworks of Indonesian bodies such as Bappebti, ICDX, and ICH. This offers a distinct advantage to clients, as you are protected by regulations that compel futures brokers to conduct their operations transparently and reliably.
Account and Product Specifications
MagnetFX allows you to trade forex, gold, silver, oil, or US indices using a single account.
Yes, you can. Just like with an account upgrade request, you simply need to apply to open a new account, and the balance from your old account can then be transferred over.
MagnetFX offers a selection of 26 currency pairs—comprising major and cross pairs—with easy access to the forex market.
A Margin Call will be triggered when the margin level reaches 100%.
Stop Out will be triggered when the margin level reaches 30%.
Yes, you simply need to apply to open a new account. You can request to have the balance from your old account transferred to the new one.

Our spreads are floating and always depend on market volatility. However, you can find the minimum spreads for currency pairs in the following table:

To open a live trading account with MagnetFX, you must be at least 21 years old.
There is no need; you simply need to submit a request to open a live trading account.
Our team will contact you by phone within a maximum of 30 minutes after you complete all the documents on the website. The verification process takes approximately 10 minutes.
The verification process is carried out on business days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 18:00.

In accordance with futures trading regulations—which apply to both of us—we are unable to proceed with creating a trading account for you until you have been verified.
There are several possibilities if you do not receive a verification call:
- Ensure the phone number you registered is correct and active.
- The data you entered is incomplete and invalid.
- The verification process is carried out on business days, Monday through Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
Deposits, Top-ups, and Withdrawals
You can access your investor panel to make a deposit and start trading or investing.
For Bank BCA customers specifically, the top-up process will be much faster and free of charge, as our segregated account is held with Bank BCA.
If you already have an account, you can use the instant top-up feature by entering your account number in the transfer remarks or description field.For example, if you want to top up account number 1234567:

There are no limits on deposits and withdrawals. You can trade with any amount of capital and withdraw any amount of profit.
Does MagnetFX charge additional fees for deposits or withdrawals?
The deposit process takes a maximum of 10 minutes during business hours. This timeframe is subject to change depending on the volume of pending requests.

The minimum top-up amount is IDR 10,000, in accordance with the minimum bank transfer requirement.
You can access the investor panel to locate the withdrawal menu and fill out the withdrawal form. Please ensure your account number is correct and matches your name so that we can promptly transfer your funds.
Withdrawal requests submitted after 11:00 AM will be processed the following day during normal business hours.

MagnetFX utilizes real market prices for its price feeds, and spread widening is a normal occurrence; therefore, we cannot limit or avoid it. We recommend that you ensure sufficient account equity to withstand potential spread widening.
The transaction journal consists of detailed data on price movements recorded tick-by-tick that is available on the server of each futures broker.

A server located in Indonesia with an execution speed of 0.5 seconds.

By using a journal, you can see whether your transactions have been tampered with. Few brokers are willing to release server journals.
Trading Rules and Conditions
We permit scalping, hedging, and other strategies where orders are placed in accordance with our Client Agreement. However, please note that arbitrage trading is not permitted.
You may use a Robot/Expert Advisor; please contact our team regarding the process for using one.
Some slippage may occur. Due to the distance between you, our servers, and liquidity providers, order execution on the platform is not instantaneous. However, we are located close to you and utilize state-of-the-art hardware to minimize this factor. Additionally, please bear in mind that slippage can be either positive or negative, and this is a factor beyond our control.
You are free to use scalping techniques; MagnetFX imposes no restrictions on trading strategies or minimum transaction durations.

Any personal data you provide during registration and account opening is protected using best-practice measures and proven security technologies, such as SSL-certified connections and data processing encryption. Furthermore, as a legitimate company, our systems undergo regular audits by relevant regulators and supervisory bodies.
You will receive service from a team of officially certified consultants acting as MagnetFX Broker Representatives, ready to guide you until you can trade independently and maximize opportunities for consistent profit.
To calculate your profit or loss, multiply the transaction value by the difference between the selling price and the buying price.
(Selling Price - Buying Price) x Lot x Contract Size = Profit Value in the second currency (IDR).
Balance is the amount of funds in your trading account.
Equity is the balance value plus the value of ongoing transactions resulting from open trading positions.
If you use that $1,000 balance for trading and your trading position shows a running profit of $300, then your equity value is $1,300.
When the trading position is closed, your Balance changes to $1,300, matching your Equity value.
MagnetFX does not provide fund management services, nor does it offer any programs guaranteeing profits, fixed income, or copy trading services to anyone. Futures and forex trading involve significant opportunities and risks that must be fully understood and acknowledged. Investors are entitled to all profits and bear full responsibility for any losses.
No, we do not provide it. We are prohibited from offering this type of bonus by Bappebti, the competent regulatory authority.
